- Capgenix is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers
- Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms and must be claimed directly with them unless otherwise stated
4. Service Engagement Terms
- Service requests are reviewed and confirmed before execution
- On-site visits may be scheduled based on location and technician availability
- Remote support is provided via live chat, screen sharing, or secure access tools
- Response times are typically 2–4 business hours, with 24/7 live chat available for urgent issues
5. Payments & Invoicing
- All pricing is communicated transparently before engagement
- Invoices are issued digitally and must be paid within the agreed window
- Late payments may incur service suspension or administrative fees
- Capgenix reserves the right to revise pricing based on scope changes or extended support

- All branding assets, designs, and technical materials created by Capgenix remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred

- Client-provided assets must be owned or licensed by the client; Capgenix is not liable for third-party copyright violations

- Capgenix follows industry-standard security protocols to protect client data
- We do not sell or share personal information without consent
- All interactions are governed by our Privacy Policy
- Clients are responsible for securing their own systems and credentials
8. Third-Party Services
- Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment gateways)
- Capgenix is not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or performance of these external services
- Any third-party software or hardware used is subject to its own licensing terms
9. Limitation of Liability
- Capgenix provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, hardware failure, or third-party integrations
- Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product
10. Termination & Suspension

- Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled and proprietary materials returned or deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
